What villa ownership actually looks like
“I didn't build a real estate business. I built a network of people who trust each other. The property introductions are a natural extension of that trust, for the right people, at the right time.”

Common questions
What founders ask before their first call
Can foreigners buy property in Bali?
Yes, with the right structure. Foreigners typically use a PMA (foreign-owned company), leasehold agreements, or a notarised structure. Each has different implications. Marina's network includes trusted Bali property lawyers who will walk you through the options specific to your situation.
What is the minimum investment?
It varies significantly by area and property type. Uluwatu land from $80k–$300k+ USD. Villas from $250k to several million. Canggu commands a premium. Marina's consultations start with your budget and goals, not a generic listing.
How is this different from working with a real estate agent?
Agents sell what's listed. Marina makes introductions inside a network she's spent years building trust in — properties, people, and context you won't find on the open market.
Is this open to everyone?
Marina works with a small number of buyers at any given time. Introductions are curated, not every enquiry will be the right fit. The consultation is the starting point.
